This film was created as part of a change program made for ibis by NKD. The film would be the first thing that participants would see and had to inspire them about the customer service that is expected across all of ibis's hotels. Shot over two days and edited within a week, this was really fun to make. With great support from both teams from NKD and ibis I was able to capture the passion in which ibis's employees have for their job.
